This Social Media Marketing A/B Test Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on October 15, 2050, by and between DigitalBuzz Pro, Inc., with its principal place of business at 1811 Hall Valley Drive, Wheeling, WV 26003, USA, hereinafter referred to as "Client," and [Your Company], with its principal place of business at [Company Address], hereinafter referred to as "Agency."
Background
The client wishes to engage the Agency to conduct A/B testing of social media marketing campaigns for the purpose of optimizing performance and achieving specific marketing objectives.
Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Work
1.1. Objective: The objective of this A/B test is to compare the performance of two variations of social media ad creatives to determine which one generates higher engagement and click-through rates.
1.2. Content: The client will provide two sets of ad creatives, targeting parameters, and a budget for the A/B test.
1.3. Platforms: The A/B test will be conducted on the following social media platforms: Twitter and TikTok.
1.4. Duration: The A/B test will run for a duration of 30 days, starting from November 1, 2050, to November 30, 2050.
1.5. Budget: The client will allocate a budget of $10,000 for the A/B test.
2. Responsibilities
2.1. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide all necessary ad creatives, targeting information, and the budget as specified. The client will also provide timely approvals for ad campaigns.
2.2. Agency Responsibilities: The agency will set up and execute the A/B test, monitor performance daily, and provide weekly reports and recommendations to the client.
3. Data and Results
3.1. Data Collection: Both parties agree to collect and analyze data related to the A/B test, including engagement metrics, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant data points.
3.2. Reporting: The agency will provide weekly reports to the client, outlining the performance of each ad creative variation and making recommendations for optimization.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all data, strategies, and information shared during the A/B test and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
5. Ownership
The client retains ownership of all ad creatives provided for the A/B test. The agency retains ownership of any tools, methodologies, or processes used to conduct the A/B test.
6. Payment
6.1. Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay the Agency the agreed-upon fee of $6,000 for the A/B test services rendered.
6.2. Payment Schedule: Payments will be made as follows:

50% upfront payment upon signing this Agreement: $3,000 (October 15, 2050)

50% final payment upon completion of the A/B test: $3,000 (November 30, 2050)
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
9. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
