This Marketing Content Translation Contract ("Contract") is entered into on June 15, 2053, ("Effective Date") between [Your Company Name] ("Company") and Del-Com ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

I. Background

Scope of Work: Client wishes to engage Company's services for the translation of marketing content from English (the "Source Language") to Spanish (the "Target Language"). The marketing content may include but is not limited to website copy, marketing collateral, advertisements, social media posts, and other marketing materials (the "Content").


Translation Services: Company agrees to provide professional translation services for the Content, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and linguistic fluency in the Target Language.

II. Terms and Conditions

A. Project Details:

  • Description of Content to be translated: Website product descriptions and marketing emails.

  • Source Language: English

  • Target Language: Spanish

  • Expected delivery date for the translated Content: November 1, 2023

B. Quality Assurance:

  • Company will assign experienced translators proficient in e-commerce and marketing terminology.

  • Company will use industry-standard quality control processes to ensure the accuracy of the translated Content.

  • Client may request reasonable revisions within 10 days of receiving the translated Content.

C. Confidentiality:

  • Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Content provided.

  • Company shall take reasonable measures to protect Client's confidential information during the translation process.

D. Payment:

  • Client agrees to pay Company the agreed-upon fee of $2,000 for the translation services.

  • Payment shall be made as follows: 50% upfront ($1,000), 50% upon completion ($1,000).

E. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of the translated Content will be transferred to the Client.

F. Termination:

  • Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice in the event of a material breach by the other Party.

  • In such cases, Client will pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

G. Force Majeure:

Neither Party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond their control.

III. General Provisions

A. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

B. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

C. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

D. Amendments: This Contract may only be amended in writing and signed by both Parties.
