• Must pass a background check and maintain a clean criminal record.

• Professional teaching certification or license is advantageous.

• Strong instructional skills with the ability to explain concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

• Ability to manage classroom behavior and create an inclusive learning environment.
