The Academic Coach’s main responsibility encompasses helping students realize their full academic potential. This includes providing personalized learning plans, encouraging critical thinking, and giving academic advice. Your mission requires you to monitor student's academic performance and provide innovative techniques to help them achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities and Duties

Develop personalized academic plans for students based on their unique learning needs.

Conduct regular meetings with students to discuss progress and address any difficulties or issues related to their academic life.

Work closely with faculty and parents to help students make the most of their academic experience.

Monitor student's academic performance and provide feedback.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in education or a closely related field. A Master's degree in Education or Counselling is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic coaching, teaching, or relevant role within an educational institution.
