JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE:

The Architectural Designer will be at the forefront of creating the built environment for our exceptional clientele. You will develop plans, create prototypes, and join a diverse team of professionals in creating functional, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs. This role requires the application of the principles of architecture, the integration of functionality and aesthetics, and the creation of spaces that improve the quality of life of those who interact with them.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Create architectural designs, plans, and renderings based on project requirements.

• Work closely with the architects, engineers, and project manager to ensure design alignment.

• Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project team.

• Ensure designs are in compliance with the latest building regulations and codes.

• Assist with the coordination and monitoring of the project construction phase.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.

• At least 3 years of professional design experience, preferably within an architectural firm.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max or equivalent.

• A portfolio displaying a firm understanding of the architectural design process.

• Valid license as an Architectural Designer or Architect is preferred.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Advanced knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building techniques, codes, and materials.

• Strong visualization, artistic, and presentation skills.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Sharp analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
