Notice of Overdue Rent Payment

Dear Mr. Sam Tucker,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. The purpose of this letter is to formally notify you that your rent payment, which was due on August 1, 2050, remains unpaid as of the date of this letter.
As per our rental agreement, your monthly rent of $2,000.00 is to be paid by the first of each month. As of today, there exists an outstanding balance of $2,000.00. Kindly note, that if the balance is not paid within five (5) days of receiving this notice, a late fee of $200.00 (10% of the monthly rent) will be imposed.
Please direct your payment at the earliest to avoid further penalties or potential eviction as described in our rental agreement. If you are experiencing difficulties making this payment, I invite you to discuss this with me, as I am open to exploring possible solutions.
