I. Scope Of Work
A. Objective: The Client engages the Marketing Agency to provide branding and marketing services for the purpose of refreshing the Client's brand identity. The Marketing Agency agrees to perform the following services:

IV. Revisions And Approval Process

The Client is entitled to 3 revisions for each deliverable. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

The Client will appoint a single point of contact for feedback and approval during the project.
V. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this Contract in writing if the other party breaches its obligations. In such cases, a termination fee may apply.
VI. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information and materials confidential and not to disclose them to third parties without written consent.
VII. Legal Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided to the Marketing Agency for use in the project is free from any third-party copyright or trademark infringements.
VIII. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
IX. Termination And Exit Strategy
Upon project completion and final payment, the Marketing Agency will provide all project files and assets to the Client, including design files, website access, and marketing collateral.
