Dear Tenants,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding several instances where some of the terms and conditions of our lease agreement have not been respected.
As the landlord and caretaker of the property, it is my duty and obligation to ensure that all policies are followed to maintain a peaceful and comfortable space for every resident.
It is at this juncture, that I must bring to your attention, some of the violations that have come to our notice. They are:
-
Non-payment of rent for the past two months. As per the agreement, rent should be paid by the seventh of every month.
-
The property has been subjected to excessive noise and disturbance, leading to complaints from other tenants.
Please find these as formal warnings by our lease agreement. If the actions mentioned are not rectified within 30 days, further actions could lead to eviction as stated in Section 7 of the agreement.
Rent arrears can be settled by transferring the outstanding amount to the account details provided in our agreement. Given the noise issues, we ask that you respect all residents' right to quiet enjoyment of their homes as per Section 15.
We hope these issues are rectified promptly so that we can continue our rental relationship positively and respectfully. If there are any circumstances I'm unaware of that may be causing these issues, I encourage you to get in touch with me at LarryNDelgado@dayrep.fict. I believe in open communication and I'm sure we can arrive at a suitable solution.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Kind Regards,
