Notice to Tenat(s),
This notice is being written by our Residential Lease Agreement. As such, I am officially informing you of my decision to not renew the lease when its current expiration date rolls around. You will, therefore, need to vacate the leased premises by [INSERT DATE HERE]. Please note that this date is at least 30 days from now, adhering to our lease agreement's stipulation for notice of non-renewal.
Kindly ensure the premises are clean and in the same condition as it was when you moved in. Any damage caused during your tenancy should be repaired. Please prepare for a walk-through inspection, which we will schedule at a mutually agreeable date closer to your move-out day.
Please turn over all keys and any other property belonging to the landlord at that time. Failure to do so can result in charges which will be deducted from your security deposit.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your tenancy in our rental property. If you have any further queries regarding the process of vacating, feel free to contact me via email at [YOUR COMPANY EMAIL].
You have the rights provided to tenants under the Laws of the State and these rights can only be varied or abrogated by a court order.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yours Sincerely,
