I. Background

II. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Company will engage the Provider to distribute marketing press releases on its behalf.
III. Agreement Terms
A. Press Release Submission
The Company will provide the Provider with press releases for distribution. Press releases must adhere to industry standards, be well-written, and contain accurate and truthful information.
B. Distribution Services
Provider will distribute press releases to a list of media outlets, websites, and online platforms as agreed upon. Distribution channels may include news wires, industry-specific websites, social media, and email lists.
C. Timing

This Agreement will be governed by and construed following the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
V. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Company and Provider and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
VI. Amendment
Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
VII. Execution
