Marketing Trade Show Equipment Rental Agreement
This Marketing Trade Show Equipment Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Month Day, Year] by and between:
[Your Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Owner,"
and;
[Renter Company Name] with its principal place of business at [Renter Company Address] hereinafter referred to as the "Renter."
Collectively, the Owner and Renter may be referred to as the "Parties."
I. Rental Equipment
The Owner agrees to rent the following equipment to the Renter for the duration of the event:

II. Rental Period
The rental period shall commence on [Month Day, Year] and terminate on [Month Day, Year], unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
III. Rental Fee
In consideration for the rental of the equipment, the Renter agrees to pay the Owner a total rental fee of $5000 ("Rental Fee"). The Rental Fee shall be paid in full by Cash on or before [Month Day, Year].
IV. Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1000 ("Security Deposit") shall be paid by the Renter to the Owner on or before the commencement of the rental period. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 15 days after the end of the rental period, provided there are no damages to the rented equipment.
V. Use of Equipment
A. The Renter shall use the rented equipment exclusively for the event specified in this Agreement and shall not sublease or lend the equipment to any third party without the prior written consent of the Owner.
B. The Renter shall operate the equipment in a careful and proper manner and in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.
VI. Maintenance and Repairs
A. The Owner shall provide equipment that is in good working condition.
B. In the event of equipment malfunction or damage during the rental period, the Renter shall immediately notify the Owner. The Owner shall then have the option to repair or replace the equipment as soon as reasonably possible.
C. The cost of repairs or replacement due to damage caused by the Renter's negligence or misuse shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is insufficient to cover the cost of repairs or replacement, the Renter agrees to pay the remaining balance within 10 days of receiving an invoice.
VII. Liability
A. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the safekeeping and return of the rented equipment in the same condition as it was received.
B. The Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising out of the Renter's use of the rented equipment during the rental period.
VIII. Termination
The Owner may terminate this Agreement and repossess the rented equipment if the Renter is in breach of any terms or conditions of this Agreement. In such a case, the Renter shall have no claim against the Owner for any loss or damage resulting from the termination.
IX. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the rental of the equipment and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
X. Signatures:
Both Parties acknowledge that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
