Marketing Trade Show Partnership Agreement
Robert's Lawn Mowers has entered this Trade Show Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") into on this [Current Date] ("Effective Date"), between Robert's Lawn Mowers, hereinafter referred to as the "Partner," and [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor."
1. Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a partnership between the Partner and the Sponsor for the LawnPalooza Trade Show, scheduled to take place on October 24 - 25, 2050, at 4170 Bee Street, Traverse City, MI 49686.
2. Scope of Partnership
The Sponsor agrees to provide marketing support and contribute USD 250,000 towards the LawnPalooza Trade Show. In return, the Partner agrees to actively participate in the event, showcasing its products and services.
3. Responsibilities of the Sponsor
a. Financial Contribution: The Sponsor will provide the agreed-upon budget of USD 250,000 by September 30, 2050.
b. Marketing Support: The Sponsor will actively promote the LawnPalooza Trade Show through its marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and press releases.
c. Booth Setup: The Sponsor will design and set up an engaging booth at the trade show venue.
4. Responsibilities of the Partner
a. Participation: The Partner will actively participate in the LawnPalooza Trade Show, providing a comprehensive display of its products and services.
b. Branding: The Partner will allow the use of its logo and branding materials for promotional activities related to the trade show.
c. Representative: Carlo Shealy, Marketing Agent of Robert's Lawn Mowers, will serve as the official representative during the trade show.
5. Intellectual Property
Both parties agree that any intellectual property shared or created during the LawnPalooza Trade Show will remain the property of the respective party.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days before the scheduled trade show date.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the State of Michigan.
8. Miscellaneous
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
b. Any of the parties will make any amendments to this Agreement in writing and signed by both parties.
