C. Search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance online visibility.
D. Content creation and marketing.
E. Social media management.
F. Email marketing campaigns.
G. Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
H. Analytics and reporting.
1.2. The Agency shall execute the agreed-upon services in accordance with industry best practices and provide regular updates to the Company on progress and results.
2. Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Parties shall jointly establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals and KPIs for the marketing growth model. These may include but are not limited to website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
3. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for an initial term of [Term Duration], with the option for either Party to terminate the Agreement with [Notice Period] written notice.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. The Company agrees to compensate the Agency for the services provided under this agreement according to the following fee structure:

8. Governing Law
