II. Purpose

III. Service Description

IV. Service Levels

The following service levels shall apply to ensure the effective delivery of secure document destruction services:

  • Document Collection: The Provider shall deploy personnel to the Client's premises according to the agreed-upon schedule for the collection of sensitive documents. Collection containers provided by the Provider shall be strategically placed to facilitate the secure disposal of documents by the Client.

  • Transportation: Upon collection, documents shall be securely transported to the designated destruction facility using vehicles equipped with appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.

  • Destruction: At the destruction facility, documents shall undergo secure and compliant destruction processes, such as shredding or pulverization, within [0] hours of collection. The destruction methods employed shall meet or exceed industry standards for confidentiality and data protection.

  • Issuance of Certificates of Destruction to validate compliance with service levels.

B. Client Responsibilities:

  • Proper segregation and disposal of sensitive documents into designated collection containers provided by the Provider.

  • Cooperation with the Provider in scheduling document collections to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Granting access to Provider personnel for document collection purposes as per the agreed-upon schedule.

  • Prompt notification to the Provider of any changes in document volumes or collection requirements.

VI. Performance Measurement

Performance under this SLA shall be measured based on the Provider's adherence to the defined service levels. Performance metrics shall include:

  • Timeliness of document collection and transportation.

  • Compliance with destruction timelines.

  • Accuracy and completeness of Certificate of Destruction issuance.

The Provider shall maintain records of service delivery and provide regular performance reports to the Client for review and evaluation.

VII. Dispute Resolution
