Email Marketing Agreement Amendment
This Amendment to the Email Marketing Agreement ("Amendment") is entered into on this [10th] day of [Month, Year], by and between [Your Company Name] a corporation organized and existing under the laws of [Your Company Address], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and [Second Party Name], having its principal place of business at [Second Party Address] ("Client").
