I. Introduction
A. Purpose
This Sales Onboarding Mentor Contract ("Contract") outlines the terms and conditions under which [Your Company Name] ("Company") engages [Mentor Name] ("Mentor") to provide mentoring services to new sales hires of the Company ("Sales Trainees"). The purpose of this Contract is to establish a clear understanding of the scope of work, compensation, confidentiality, and other relevant terms governing the mentoring relationship between the Parties.

As part of the Company's onboarding process for new sales hires, there is a need for experienced mentors to guide and support Sales Trainees in developing their sales skills and adapting to the Company's culture and processes. II. Scope of Work
A. Services to be Provided by Mentor
Mentor agrees to provide comprehensive mentoring services to Sales Trainees, aimed at facilitating their integration into the Company and accelerating their success in sales roles.
Mentor's duties shall encompass, but not be limited to:

Conducting regular one-on-one mentoring sessions with Sales Trainees to discuss their progress, challenges, and goals.

Offering guidance and coaching on various aspects of sales, including prospecting, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Providing feedback and constructive criticism to Sales Trainees to help them improve their sales performance and achieve their targets.

Assisting Sales Trainees in familiarizing themselves with the Company's products, services, policies, and procedures.

Serving as a resource for Sales Trainees to address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their roles or the Company.
B. Schedule and Duration
The mentoring sessions shall be scheduled weekly and shall have a duration of [00 hours] per session. The total number of sessions and the duration of the mentoring relationship shall be determined based on the needs of the Sales Trainees and the Company.
III. Compensation
A. Payment Terms

V. Confidentiality

Mentor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of Company.
B. Non-Disclosure Agreement
Mentor and Company shall execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") governing the confidentiality and non-disclosure of proprietary information, which shall remain in effect during the term of this Contract and thereafter.
VI. Independent Contractor Status
A. Nature of Relationship
Mentor acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Company. Mentor shall have sole control over the manner and means by which they perform the services under this Contract.
B. Tax Obligations
Mentor shall be solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, including income taxes, self-employment taxes, and any other applicable taxes, as well as for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required to perform the services hereunder.
VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
A. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
B. Dispute Resolution
