I. Purpose of the Agreement

II. Training Description
The Training will encompass the following key components:

V. Payment Terms
A. Initial Deposit: 30% of the total cost payable upon signing this Agreement. This deposit secures the Client's booking and contributes towards preparation costs.
B. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the start of the Training. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted delivery of the Training program.
VI. Cancellation and Refund Policy
A. Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels more than 14 days before the Training start date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 50% fee. This policy acknowledges unforeseen circumstances while protecting the Provider's interests.
B. Cancellation by Provider: Full refund will be issued. The Provider commits to providing advance notice in the unlikely event of cancellation.
VII. Intellectual Property Rights
