Parties

Scope of Work

Audit Schedule

Audit Process

Interviews: Company may interview Client's employees and management to gather information related to safety practices.

Audit Report: Upon completion of the Audit, Company will provide Client with a detailed report outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans, if necessary.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information and findings obtained during the Audit process, except as required by law.
Payment
Client agrees to pay Company the agreed-upon fee of [$5,000] for the completion of the Audit. Payment terms and methods will be as outlined in a separate payment agreement.
Indemnification
Client shall indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of the Audit or related activities.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Contract.
Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
Execution
