Evaluation Criteria

  • Batting: Evaluates a player's hitting skills

  • Fielding: Measures a player's defensive skills

  • Pitching: (If Applicable) Rates a player's ability to throw a baseball

  • Base Running: Assesses a player's speed and agility while running bases

  • Overall Performance: Takes into account all aspects of a player’s performance

  • Coachability and Work Ethic: Assesses a player's ability to follow instructions, effort levels, and attitude toward the game

Rating Scale:

  1. Poor

  2. Fair

  3. Average

  4. Good

  5. Excellent
