Introduction:

The purpose of this form is to provide a useful tool for assessing how effective a certain lesson has been. Its main objective is to measure three key areas: the degree to which those who consumed the content understood it, how effective the delivery of that content was, and the impact or influence the lesson had on the learner.

Overview:

Our goal in asking you to answer the following questions is to ultimately make a well-informed assessment on whether or not the session satisfactorily met its set objectives. Additionally, we view this process of asking questions and receiving your feedback on the same not simply as a onetime exercise, but rather as an ongoing tool that we can utilize repeatedly for the purpose of achieving continuous improvement.
