THIS PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONTRACT is made effective as of [Insert Date], by and between [Client Name], with an address of [Client Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), and [Project Manager Name], with an address of [Project Manager Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager").
