Personal Assistant Contract
PERSONAL ASSISTANT CONTRACT
This Personal Assistant Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date] ("Effective Date"), by and between [Your Name], located at [Your Address] ("Employer"), and [Personal Assistant's Name], located at [Assistant's Address] ("Assistant").
I. Scope of Services
The Assistant agrees to provide the following services to the Employer:
