Property Sale Contract

This Property Sale Contract ("Contract") is entered into by and between [Your Name], located at [Seller's Address], starting now referred to as the "Seller", and [Buyer's Name], located at [Buyer's Address], starting now referred to as the "Buyer", collectively referred to as the "Parties", on August 15, 2050.

Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved through mediation before resorting to litigation.
