Liability Contract

This Agreement, dated this [DATE] is made between [Employee Name](hereinafter referred to as the "Employee"), and [Your Company Name], (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer").

1. DEFINITIONS

For this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

"Event of liability" means any incident or occurrence giving rise to legal liability.

"Protection" means measures taken to ensure Employer interests are not adversely affected.

2. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

  • Party A hereby agrees to assume all legal liability for any actions or events, as specified in the attachment hereto, and indemnify Employer to the extent agreed.

Employee accepts and assumes full liability for any Event of Liability, whether foreseeable or not, arising out of the actions or non-actions of Employee under the terms of this agreement.

5. RESPONSIBILITY AND PROTECTION OF EMPLOYER

Employer shall perform responsibilities and provide protections as specifically outlined in section 2, and as specified within [Specifics of Protection].

6. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

  • Both parties agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to their respective duties and obligations under this agreement.

  • Both parties agree to notify each other in writing of any potential or actual liability, damage, or harm that may or has fallen upon each other as a result of this agreement.

7. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

8. TERMINATION
