Freelance Model Contract

II. SERVICES TO BE RENDERED

The Model hereby agrees to perform modeling services for the Company’s Runway Shows, including, but not limited to, runway modeling, promotional, and publicity appearances (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

III. COMPENSATION

IV. REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

The Model agrees to comply with the Disclosed Schedule of Rehearsals which will be provided by the Company.

V. USAGE RIGHTS

All rights for visual and audio materials from the event, including but not limited to any photographs or videos taken during the event, shall exclusively belong to the Company.

VI. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Model understands that during the performance of Services, they may have access to confidential information of the Company. The Model agrees not to disclose any confidential information and to protect its confidentiality.

VII. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

The Model hereby releases and discharges the Company, its agents, representatives, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use, exploitation, or distribution of the Materials.

VIII. ENTIRE CONTRACT

This Contract represents the complete understanding and agreement between the involved parties. It takes precedence over and effectively replaces, and makes void any previous agreements, whether they were formed orally or put into written form.

IX. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This Contract shall be interpreted by the laws of the jurisdiction of [Governing Law Jurisdiction].
