4. Compensation and Benefits

  • Payment:

The Client reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time by providing written notice to the Event Decorator. In such cases, the Client shall pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

6.2. Termination by Event Decorator

The Event Decorator may terminate this contract if the Client fails to fulfill their obligations under this contract, including but not limited to non-payment or breach of contract terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Negotiation: In the event of any dispute arising under this contract, both Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.

7.2. Mediation: If negotiations fail, both Parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation by a neutral third party mutually agreed upon by both Parties.

8. Governing Law
