HOUSING CONTRACT

This Residential Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") made and entered into this day of [DATE], by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], and otherwise referred to as "Landlord," and [TENANT'S NAME], located at [TENANT'S ADDRESS], otherwise referred to as "Tenant."

1. PREMISES

2. TERMS

3. RENT

5.3 Cooperation in Repairs: Both parties agree to cooperate in any necessary repairs or maintenance, with the Landlord undertaking to address reported issues on time and the tenant providing access to the Premises for necessary inspections and repairs.

6. RULES AND REGULATIONS

Tenant will comply with all rules and regulations adopted by Landlord relating to the Premises.

6.1 Compliance Obligation: Tenants are required to adhere to all regulations established by the Landlord concerning the use and upkeep of the leased property. Failure to comply may result in penalties or termination of the lease agreement.

6.2 Scope of Regulations: The regulations encompass various aspects including but not limited to, maintenance standards, noise levels, waste disposal, and adherence to community guidelines, ensuring a harmonious environment for all occupants.

6. 3 Updates and Amendments: Landlord reserves the right to update or amend the regulations as necessary, with prior notice to the Tenants. Such changes are binding upon all parties and are integral to maintaining the property's integrity and functionality.

7. DISCLAIMER

Tenant agrees that Landlord will not be liable for any damage or injury to the Tenant, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the Premises, unless such damage is the legal result of the negligence or willful misconduct of the Landlord.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the state of [Governing State].

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises, conditions, understandings, or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
