Security Contract

This Security Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is entered into this 4th day of September 2055, (the "Effective Date") by and between [Client's Name] with its principal place of business at [Client's Address], herein referred as the "CLIENT", and [Your Company Name], a company incorporated and existing under the laws of its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], herein referred as the "PROVIDER". 1. Terms of Services

The Provider shall deploy trained security personnel to perform the agreed-upon services.
The provider shall provide the Services with diligence, skill, and professionalism.
The provider shall ensure that the security personnel to be assigned are adequately trained and qualified.

1.3 Responsibilities of the Client

The client shall provide the necessary cooperation and access to its premises to enable the provider to perform its duties effectively.

2. Compensation and Benefits

2.1 Payment Terms

The Client agrees to compensate the Provider at the rate of [Rate] per Hour. Payment shall be made every 15th of the Month via Bank Transfer.

2.2 Additional Costs

The Client shall reimburse the Provider for any additional costs incurred during the provision of services, including but not limited to, equipment rental and overtime pay for security personnel.

4. Termination Conditions

4.1 Termination by Client

The Client may terminate this Contract with 15 days' notice in writing.

4.2 Termination by Provider

The Provider may terminate this Contract for just cause, including but not limited to, breach of contract, failure to deliver agreed-upon services, or misconduct.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, it shall be escalated to arbitration conducted following the rules of [Arbitration Institution].

6. Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [State/Country].
