In-Home Daycare Contract
This In-Home Daycare Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of September 15, 2050, by and between [Name of Daycare Provider], located at 948 Ritter Street Huntsville, AL 35802 (the "Provider"), and [Names of Parents], located at 1928 Trainer Avenue Davenport, IL 52803 (the "Parents"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".
Engagement
Provider agrees to provide daycare services for the child(ren) of Parents at Provider's residence located at 948 Ritter Street Huntsville, AL 35802, by the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
Term
This contract shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until terminated by either party following the provisions outlined in the Termination section of this agreement.
Work Allocation
Provider shall be responsible for:

Providing a safe and nurturing environment for the child(ren) during the agreed-upon hours of care.

Supervising the child(ren) at all times, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Planning age-appropriate activities and educational experiences for the child(ren).

Providing meals and snacks as agreed upon with Parents.

Communicating regularly with Parents regarding the child(ren)'s progress and any concerns. Parents shall be responsible for:

Providing any necessary supplies, such as diapers, formula, and extra clothing, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Informing Provider of any changes in the child(ren)'s schedule, health, or other relevant information.

Picking up the child(ren) promptly at the agreed-upon time, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
Compensation
Parents agree to pay Provider the sum of [Amount] per [Day/Week/Month], payable in advance on [Payment Schedule], for the daycare services rendered. Payment shall be made via [Payment Method].
Rights and Obligations
Provider reserves the right to:

Refuse care to the child(ren) if, in Provider's sole discretion, it is determined that such care would be detrimental to the child(ren) or other children in Provider's care.

Administer first aid or seek medical attention for the child(ren) in the event of illness or injury, with all reasonable attempts made to contact Parents. Parents have the obligation to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date emergency contact information, including phone numbers and authorized individuals for pick-up.

Notify the Provider of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs the child(ren) may have.
Termination
Either party may terminate this contract upon [Notice Period] written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees shall be paid to Provider within [Number of Days] days of termination.
Confidentiality
Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information regarding the child(ren) and their families, and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the written consent of Parents, except as required by law.
Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
