The Coordinator shall create a detailed timeline for the wedding day, including scheduling of events, vendor arrivals, and other logistical details, and oversee its execution.

4.6 On-the-day Coordination

The Coordinator shall provide on-the-day coordination services, overseeing setup, managing vendors, and addressing any unforeseen issues to ensure the smooth running of the event.

4.7 Additional Agreed Upon Services

Any additional services agreed upon between the Coordinator and the Client shall be outlined in a separate agreement or documented in writing.
