Tutoring Contract

This Tutoring Contract ("Contract") is entered into by [YOUR COMPANY NAME] with an address at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Tutoring Services")and the client [CLIENT'S NAME] with an address at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS](hereinafter referred to as the "Client") collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

"Tutoring Services" shall refer to the tutoring and coaching provided by Dummy Company to the Client.
"Session" shall mean an agreed period during which the Tutoring Services are provided.

2. Tutors' Obligations

[YOUR COMPANY NAME] agrees to provide Tutoring Services for the subjects agreed upon, punctually and efficiently, by the terms of this Contract.

2.1 Responsibilities and Standards:

The Tutor agrees to deliver Tutoring Services promptly and effectively, strictly adhering to the subjects specified in this Contract. The Tutor commits to upholding the terms outlined herein to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

3. Services and Session Schedules

3.1 Scope of Services:

The Tutoring Services will cover subjects agreed upon by both parties.

3.2 Session Schedules:

Session schedules will be collaboratively planned, considering the specific needs and availability of each party. Decisions regarding session schedules will be mutual, aiming to accommodate the obligations and availability of both parties effectively.

4. Financial Terms

4.1 Payment Rate:

The Client agrees to compensate the Tutorial Services at the rate of [RATE] per hour, per session, payable via [PAYMENT METHOD]. Payments will be due and payable on the [PAYMENT DATE] of each month.

4.2 Payment Method:

5. Cancellation Policy

Both Parties agree that any cancellation of a scheduled session should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. This policy aims to ensure mutual respect for time and commitments and to minimize disruptions to planned activities.

6. Termination

This agreement stipulates a provision where both parties have the right and freedom to terminate the contract. However, this termination clause necessitates that a notice period, lasting [Notice Period] days, is observed before the effective date of the termination. Should the circumstances result in the termination of this agreement, both parties are in mutual understanding and agreement that there may be fees or expenses that have been incurred and are outstanding. 7. Confidentiality

Notwithstanding the above, both Parties may disclose confidential information if required by law or regulation. Additionally, confidential information may be disclosed to authorized representatives or employees strictly on a need-to-know basis to fulfill obligations under this Contract.
