1. Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Tutors' Obligations

3. Services and Session Schedules
3.1 Scope of Services:
The Tutoring Services will cover subjects agreed upon by both parties.

Session schedules will be collaboratively planned, considering the specific needs and availability of each party. Decisions regarding session schedules will be mutual, aiming to accommodate the obligations and availability of both parties effectively.
4. Financial Terms
4.1 Payment Rate:

5. Cancellation Policy

6. Termination
This agreement stipulates a provision where both parties have the right and freedom to terminate the contract. However, this termination clause necessitates that a notice period, lasting [Notice Period] days, is observed before the effective date of the termination. Should the circumstances result in the termination of this agreement, both parties are in mutual understanding and agreement that there may be fees or expenses that have been incurred and are outstanding.
