ARTIST MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

This Artist Management Contract (the “Contract") is entered into as of [Current Date](the "Effective Date"), between [Artist's Legal Name] (the "Artist"), located at [Artist Address] and [Your Name] (the "Manager"), located at [Your Company Address].

Scope of Representation

The Artist hereby appoints the Manager as the Artist's sole personal manager in all matters usually and normally within the jurisdiction and authority of personal managers, including but not limited to the advice, counsel, direction, or any other activity concerning or relating to the professional career of the Artist in the entertainment industry.

Term

Artist hereby retains Manager for a period starting on the Effective Date and ending on [Ending Date], unless otherwise terminated under other provisions of this Contract. The initial term will automatically be extended for subsequent periods.

Manager's Compensation

In consideration for the services rendered by the Manager, the Artist agrees to pay the Manager [Percentage]% of the Artist's gross earnings derived from engagements secured by the Manager during the term of this Contract. The Manager's commission shall be deducted from the Artist's earnings before any other distributions.

Artist's Obligations

The artist agrees to act professionally, pursue Manager-provided opportunities, promptly share external opportunities not covered in this contract, and provide the Manager with the necessary materials for effective job performance.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract upon [Number] days' written notice to the other party for any reason or no reason. In the event of termination, the Manager shall be entitled to receive commissions for engagements secured before the termination date.

Confidentiality

During the term of this Contract and thereafter, both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared between them. This includes but is not limited to financial information, contract terms, and personal information.

Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
