8.2 Indemnification Clause

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, its officers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Member's actions or omissions.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Mediation

In the event of any dispute arising under this Contract, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mediation facilitated by a neutral third party.
