PRODUCTION CONTRACT

1. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Each Party assumes the responsibility to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other Party, including its officers, directors, agents, and employees, against any costs, losses, damages, and expenses stemming from claims asserted by third parties.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains subject to termination by either Party upon issuance of notice, with or without cause. In the event of termination, the Producer shall be entitled to compensation for all completed work up to the date of termination.

8. GOVERNING LAW
