Customer Contract
This Customer Contract (“Contract”) is made on [DATE], by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], having its principal place of business at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (“Provider”), and [CLIENT], having its principal place of business at [CLIENT ADDRESS] (“Client”), individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
1. Services
Provider agrees to provide the services ("Services") to the Client, as detailed in the Service Proposal, by and subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
The Provider agrees to offer the following services to the Client:
1.1 Website Development and Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain a responsive website with essential functionalities and ongoing updates.
1.2 Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Improve website visibility and rankings through keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies.
1.3 Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search engines, and email marketing channels, with performance monitoring and reporting.
1.4 Content Creation and Management:
Develop engaging content for the website, blog, and social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
1.5 Analytics and Reporting:
Set up analytics tools, track website performance, and provide regular reports and insights for optimization.
1.6 Technical Support and Training:
Offer technical assistance and training sessions for website management, digital marketing tools, and analytics interpretation.
2. Payments and Fees
Client agrees to pay Provider the fees outlined in the Service Proposal upon receipt of an invoice. Payment shall be made within [NUMBER] days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, Client shall be liable for a late fee of [SPECIFY AMOUNT] per day until payment is received.
3. Term and termination
This Contract shall begin on [START DATE] and continue until [END DATE] unless terminated earlier according to the terms herein. 4. Warranties and Guarantees

5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration by the rules of the arbitration institution agreed upon by the Parties.
6. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [GOVERNING COUNTRY/STATE]. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [JURISDICTION], and each Party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for any such legal action or proceeding.
7. Entire Agreement
