1. Terms of Engagement
The Outsourcing Company has consented to deliver extensive Business Process Outsourcing services to the Employer, as detailed in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA) given on March 21, 2050. 2. Scope of Services

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Both parties recognize the importance of maintaining confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared during the term of this Contract. The Outsourcing Company shall implement and enforce robust measures to ensure the protection of such information. All employees of the Outsourcing Company shall be bound by strict confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations. Furthermore, the Outsourcing Company shall ensure that subcontractors, if utilized, also adhere to these confidentiality requirements.
5. Termination Conditions
This Contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice or immediately in the event of a material breach by the other party. Upon termination, the Outsourcing Company shall promptly return any materials or information belonging to the Employer and assist in the transition of services to an alternative provider if necessary. The termination of this Contract shall not relieve either party of any obligations accrued before the termination date.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be resolved amicably through mediation, with both parties mutually selecting a qualified mediator.
