Hiring Contract

This Hiring Contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of the 21st of March 2055, by and between [Your Company Name], a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the [Jurisdiction] with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter “Employer”), and [Employee's Name], a resident of [Employee's Address] (hereinafter “Employee”). The Employer reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time for just cause, including but not limited to, poor performance, misconduct, or breach of contract.

4.2 Termination by Employee

The Employee may terminate this Contract with 30 days' notice in writing.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any dispute arising out of this contract, both Parties agree to resolve the issue through mutual negotiation or mediation before resorting to litigation.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [State/Country].
