1. INTRODUCTION
This Fixed Term Employment Contract (the “Contract”) is made this 20th of January, 2055 by and between: [Your Company Name], a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of [Jurisdiction], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] (Hereinafter referred to as “Employer”), and [Your Name], a resident of [Your Address] (Hereinafter referred to as “Employee”)
2. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

The Employee may terminate this Contract with 30 days' notice in writing.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of this Contract will be resolved through mutual discussions, failing which, matters shall be referred to an independent arbitrator agreed upon by both parties.
7. GOVERNING LAW
