Working Contract

This contract ("Contract") is entered into as of [Enter Date], between [Employer Name], a company incorporated under the laws of the US having its registered address at 1928 Trainer Avenue Davenport, IL 52803 hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and [Employee Name], an individual with his/her residential address at 2055 Cerullo Road Louisville, KY 40299, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee."

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The employer hereby agrees to employ the Employee in the position of [Job Title]. The Employee shall report directly to [Enter Reporting Structure] and shall be responsible for performing the duties and tasks as set forth per the Job Description, which may be revised from time to time as per the requirements of the Employer.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT

The term of this contract will begin on [Start Date] and will continue until it is terminated under the provisions of this Agreement.

COMPENSATION

In consideration for the services rendered by the Employee, the Employer shall compensate the Employee at the rate of [Salary/Wage] per [hour/week/month/year]. Payment shall be made on a bi-weekly basis and shall be subject to applicable deductions and withholdings.

BENEFITS

The Employee shall be provided with the privilege to participate in all benefits programs. These programs will be established and made available by the Employer to its workforce. The Employer's decision to offer these programs to its employees will be determined on an ad-hoc basis or from time to time-based on their discretion.

TERMINATION

Either the first party or the second party has the right to bring this contract to an end whenever they choose to do so, under the condition that they provide a written notice to the other party. However, this written notice must be given within a specified Notice Period Duration.

GOVERNING LAW

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Enter State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be instituted in [Enter County] of [Enter State].

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire contract of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other contract, whether oral or written.
