Subscription Contract

3. Subscription Services

4. Payment

Each Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any Confidential Information disclosed by the other Party and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than as necessary to perform its obligations under this Contract.

9. Indemnification

Subscriber agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provider from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to Subscriber's use of the Subscription Services or any breach of this Contract by Subscriber.

10. Governing Law
