Fence Contract

This Fence Maintenance Services Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of the [DATE] set forth above by and between: [Name of Fence Contractor], a licensed fence contractor, with its principal place of business located at [Contractor's Address] ("Contractor"), and [Your Name], the owner of the property where the fence is located, residing at [Your Address] ("Property Owner"). Recitals

WHEREAS, Property Owner is the owner of the property located at [Property Address] (the "Property") and has a fence installed on the premises;

WHEREAS, Contractor specializes in providing fence maintenance services, including cleaning, staining, and sealing, to prolong the lifespan and enhance the appearance of fences;

WHEREAS, Property Owner desires to engage Contractor to perform maintenance services on the fence located on the Property;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Contractor's Obligation: Contractor agrees to provide fence maintenance services to Property Owner, including but not limited to:

a) Cleaning: Removing dirt, debris, and other buildup from the surface of the fence.

b) Staining: Applying a protective stain to the fence to enhance its appearance and protect it from weathering and UV damage.

c) Sealing: Applying a sealant to the fence to prevent moisture penetration and extend its lifespan.

1.2 Standard of Performance: Contractor shall perform the maintenance services with due care and diligence, using appropriate materials and equipment to achieve the desired results.

2. Schedule of Maintenance

2.1 Agreement on Maintenance Schedule: The Parties shall agree upon a schedule for the performance of maintenance services, taking into account the condition of the fence and the preferences of Property Owner.

2.2 Notification and Access Protocol: Contractor shall provide advance notice to Property Owner of the dates and times when maintenance services will be performed, and Property Owner shall grant access to the Property for the purposes of performing the services.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Agreement: Property Owner agrees to pay Contractor the sum of 70 $70 for the fence maintenance services outlined in this Contract.

3.2 Terms of Payment: Payment shall be made in full upon completion of the maintenance services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Parties.

4. Warranty

Contractor warrants that the maintenance services provided under this Contract shall be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. If Property Owner is not satisfied with the quality of the maintenance services, Contractor shall, at its own expense, promptly remedy any deficiencies to the satisfaction of Property Owner.

5. Termination

In the event that either the first party or the second party wishes to terminate this Contract, they are obligated to provide the opposing party with a written notice of their intent at least 30 days prior to the termination.

6. Mediation and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection to this Contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, will be subjected to mediation and arbitration.

7. Entire Contract

This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any and all preceding oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the Services provided under this Contract.
