One Page Contract
This Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], by and between [YOUR NAME], located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as the "Attorney," and [CLIENT'S NAME], located at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
I. Services
