Bookkeeping Contract

This Bookkeeping Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of [Date], by and between [YOUR NAME], residing at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Service Provider"), and [CLIENT'S NAME] with its principal place of business at [CLIENT'S COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Client") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").

1. Services

Service Provider agrees to perform services for Client under the terms of this Agreement, which shall include, but are not limited to: recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing financial analysis or advice.

2. Payment

For the services rendered by the Service Provider as required by this Agreement, the Client will pay compensation to the Service Provider of [Fee]. Payment shall be made monthly within [Payment Terms] days of receipt of an invoice from the Service Provider.

3. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other Party, secret and confidential, and not to disclose the same to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing Party. 4. Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of [Number of Days] days. 6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the Parties and supersedes and replaces all such prior agreements concerning the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may only be modified, or any rights under it waived, by a written document executed by both Parties.
