The Service Provider agrees to perform the following landscaping services for the Client:

  • Trimming and pruning of trees and bushes

  • Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees

  • Mulching and fertilizing

  • Weed control

  • Irrigation system maintenance

  • Seasonal cleanups

2. COMPENSATION

The client must pay the Service Provider per the invoice detailing services, rates, and total fee within [Number of Days] days from the invoice date.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensure that the property is free from any obstructions that may hinder the completion of services.

4.2 Service Provider Responsibilities:

  • Perform the landscaping services in a professional manner and under industry standards.

  • Dispose of any waste or debris resulting from the services.

5. SCHEDULE
