2. Deliverables

The Influencer shall ensure that all content produced complies with the guidelines and branding requirements provided by the Company.
2.1 Exhibit A: Deliverables Schedule

Instagram Posts:

Frequency: Three times per week

Content: High-quality images showcasing the Company's products/services.

Captions: Engaging and informative captions highlighting key features or benefits.

Instagram Stories:

Frequency: Daily

Content: Behind-the-scenes footage, product demonstrations, or interactive polls related to the Company's offerings.

Duration: Each story should be between 10 to 15 seconds.

Frequency: Bi-weekly

Content: In-depth product reviews, tutorials, or vlogs featuring the Company's products/services.

Duration: Minimum of 5 minutes per video.

Content: Promotional material designed to drive engagement and conversions for the Company.

Specifications: Must adhere to branding guidelines provided by the Company.

3. Compensation

In consideration for the services provided by the Influencer, the Company shall pay the Influencer the agreed-upon compensation as outlined in Exhibit B.

Payment terms shall be outlined in (Section 3: 3.3 Exhibit B), including the schedule and method of payment.
3.1 Compensation Contract: The Company acknowledges the services rendered by the Influencer and agrees to remunerate them accordingly.
3.2 Payment Conditions: All pertinent payment terms, encompassing the schedule and mode of disbursement, will be expressly outlined in Exhibit B for clarity and transparency.
3.3 Exhibit B: Payment Details:

The compensation owed to the Influencer for their services shall be elaborated upon in Exhibit B of this Contract.

4. Rights and Ownership

5. Representations and Warranties

The Influencer further represents and warrants that all content produced under this Contract shall not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
6. Confidentiality
