HOSTING CONTRACT

1. Services Provided:

3. Server Resources:

4. Uptime Guarantee:
The Hosting Company agrees to strive for maximum uptime for the Client's Website/Application. However, the Hosting Company shall not be held liable for downtime caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, hardware failure, or third-party service outages.
5. Support Services:
The Hosting Company will provide technical support to the Client during the term of this Contract. Support will be available [specify hours/days of availability] via [specify communication channels]. 6. Payment Terms:
