6. Intellectual Property

7. Equipment and Setup

The Provider shall provide all necessary equipment for the operation of the photo booth, including but not limited to cameras, printers, and props.

8. Insurance Requirements

The Client is responsible for obtaining any additional insurance coverage deemed necessary for the event to safeguard against potential liabilities or damages arising from the use of the photo booth.
9. Additional Terms and Conditions

Usage Restrictions: The Client must not use the photo booth for illegal or inappropriate activities, such as violating copyright laws, promoting hate speech, or infringing on individual privacy.

Equipment Care and Responsibility: The Client is responsible for any damage or loss of the photo booth equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. They must return the equipment in its original condition, and any repair or replacement costs due to negligence will be their responsibility.

Vendor Access and Setup Time: The Client agrees to provide the Provider with timely access to the event venue for equipment setup and takedown. They must ensure the setup area is clear and available well before the event's start time to allow for proper installation and testing.
