WORK DESCRIPTION

The Contractor agrees to perform demolition and removal services for the property identified on Demolition Site, including but not limited to:

Site cleanup and preparation for future development.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

The contractor shall carry out the demolition works in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
PROJECT SCHEDULE

The Contractor shall commence the work on the Start Date and shall substantially complete all work by the Completion Date, subject to adjustments as provided in this Contract. The schedule shall be detailed in a separate project timeline provided by the Contractor.
PAYMENT

The Owner shall pay the Contractor for the performance of the contract Total Contract Amount, as stipulated in the schedule of payment. Payments shall be made in installments, with a percentage due upon project commencement, milestone achievements, and project completion.
INSURANCE

The Contractor will maintain, throughout the performance of this Contract and for 12 months following the completion of the Works, an insurance policy covering all the liabilities that may arise from this Contract, including but not limited to general liability, worker's compensation, and property damage insurance.
SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS

The Contractor shall maintain the Site in a safe condition, implementing all necessary safety measures to protect workers, visitors, and adjacent properties. Environmental standards shall also be strictly adhered to, including proper disposal of hazardous materials and compliance with environmental protection regulations.
HANDLING OF HAZARDOUS AND WASTE DISPOSAL

The Contractor will handle hazardous materials and waste by the related laws and regulations and will bear the full cost of proper disposal. A detailed plan for the handling and disposal of hazardous materials shall be provided to the Owner for review and approval before commencement of work.
CONTRACT AMENDMENT

Any changes or modifications to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both the Owner and the Contractor. Amendments may include changes to project scope, schedule adjustments, or variations in payment terms.
GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of Relevant Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contract shall be resolved through arbitration by the rules of the Relevant Jurisdiction.
