1.3 Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of recommended strategies, solutions, or actions to achieve specified objectives.

1.4 Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions or workshops for marketing professionals to enhance understanding and capability in digital marketing strategies.

  • Target Audience: Marketing professionals at all levels, including managers and executives.

  • Topics Covered: Comprehensive overview of digital marketing channels (such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing), understanding audience segmentation, crafting effective digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing metrics and KPIs for performance measurement.

  • Duration: Two-day intensive workshop, including hands-on exercises and case studies.

  • Delivery Format: Combination of presentations, interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real-world case studies.

  • Trainers: Experienced digital marketing professionals with a track record of successful campaigns and expertise in the latest industry trends and best practices.

1.5 Documentation: Prepare documentation including, but not limited to, reports, manuals, guidelines, or any other relevant materials as required for the project.

1.6 Project Management: Provide project management support including scheduling, resource allocation, progress tracking, and coordination of activities related to the Services.

1.7 Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through regular reviews, testing, and validation procedures.

1.8 Client Support and Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with the client, addressing queries, providing updates, and offering support throughout the project.

2. COMPENSATION

Client agrees to compensate Service Provider for the services rendered according to the following terms:

2.1 Rates: The rates for services rendered will be agreed upon between the Client and the Service Provider before commencement of work. These rates may vary depending on the type of service provided, the expertise required, and the duration of the project.

2.2 Payment Schedule: Payments will be made bi-weekly upon completion of specified milestones or deliverables, as agreed upon between the Client and Service Provider. The preferred method of payment is bank transfer.

2.3 Additional Expenses or Reimbursements: The Client agrees to reimburse the Service Provider for any agreed-upon expenses incurred during the provision of services. These expenses may include but are not limited to:

  • Travel expenses

  • Material costs

  • Software or tool subscriptions necessary for the completion of the project

  • Any other expenses mutually agreed upon between the Client and the Service Provider

2.4 Late Payment: If payment is not made according to the agreed-upon schedule, the Client agrees to pay a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance for each day the payment is overdue.

2.5 Taxes: Any applicable sales taxes or value-added taxes (VAT) according to the local jurisdiction where services are provided.

2.6 Dispute Resolution: In case of any compensation dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal recourse as outlined in the governing jurisdiction's laws.

2.7 Termination: In the event of termination of services by either party, the Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider for all work completed up to the date of termination, as well as any expenses incurred up to that point.

2.8 Modification: This compensation agreement may be modified or amended by mutual agreement of both parties in writing.

3. TERM AND TERMINATION
