EVENT SPONSORSHIP CONTRACT

This Event Sponsorship Contract (the "Contract") is entered into this 5th day of May 2050 (the "Effective Date") by and between:

I. SPONSORSHIP DETAILS

The Sponsor has offered to sponsor the Event called "Event Name" organized by the Organizer. The approximate date and location of the Event will be as follows: [Event Date and Location]

II. SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

II.I Description of Sponsorship

The Sponsor agrees to provide support in the form of financial assistance, provision of goods, or services as described in the Sponsorship Package detailed "Sponsorship Package". The Sponsorship Package includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Financial Support: The Sponsor commits to providing financial assistance for $10,000 to contribute to the overall success of the Event.
Provision of Goods: The Sponsor will supply branded merchandise, including T-shirts, water bottles, and tote bags, for distribution among event attendees.
Services: The Sponsor will offer event planning and coordination services, including assistance with venue setup, logistics management, and guest registration, to ensure the smooth execution of the Event.

III. SPONSORSHIP FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

III.I Payment Details

The Sponsor agrees to pay the Sponsorship Fee of Sponsorship Fee on or before Payment Due Date. Payment shall be made via Card Payment.

IV. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

IV.I Responsibilities

The Organizer and the Sponsor mutually agree to comply with the obligations and responsibilities outlined in this Contract to facilitate a successful event and beneficial partnership. The obligations include, but are not limited to:

Organizer's Responsibilities:
1. Venue coordination
2. Event promotion
3. Managing registrations
4. Providing event logistics
Sponsor's Responsibilities:
1. Providing financial support
2. Supplying branded merchandise
3. Assisting with marketing efforts
4. Participating in event planning meetings

V. PROMOTION AND BRANDING

V.I Promotional Opportunities

The Organizer agrees to provide promotional opportunities for the Sponsor by branding guidelines provided by the Sponsor. This includes, but is not limited to, the following promotional activities:

Logo Placement: The Sponsor's logo will be prominently displayed on event banners, flyers, and promotional materials distributed both online and offline.
Advertisement: The Sponsor will be featured in advertisements on local radio stations, newspapers, and social media platforms leading up to the event. Additionally, the Sponsor's logo and branding will be included in any print or digital advertisements related to the event.
Social Media Promotion: The Sponsor will receive extensive exposure on the event's official social media pages, including dedicated posts highlighting the Sponsor's involvement, product offerings, and any exclusive promotions or deals offered to event attendees. Additionally, the Sponsor's branding will be included in all event-related hashtags and mentions across various social media platforms.

VI. DURATION OF SPONSORSHIP AND TERMINATION

VI.I Contract Duration

This Contract will come into effect from the Effective Date and continue until the end of the Event. Either Party may choose to terminate this Contract, with or without cause, upon providing Termination Notice Period days' notice to the other Party. In the event of termination, any outstanding obligations or payments shall be settled within [Settlement Period] days.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS

VII.I Entire Contract Agreement

This Contract contains the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or representations, whether oral or written. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
